LWS is not responsible for lost airfare or other personal costs associated with the trip.
If Living Waters Spanish cancels a trip:

LWS is not responsible for lost airfare or other personal costs associated with the trip.
If Living Waters Spanish cancels a trip:
- due to insufficient space for everyone to go, you will get a full refund of the trip price.
- for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the trip price, minus $95.
If you cancel a trip:
- at least two months before your trip departure date, your payment can be applied to a different Living Waters Spanish trip taking place within 18 months of the trip for which you canceled.
- less than two months before your trip departure date, 50% of the full trip price can be applied to a future Living Waters Spanish trip taking place within 18 months of the trip for which you canceled. 50% is non-refundable.
If the border is shut:
- over 30 days before the trip departure date, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus $95 per applicant.
- less than 30 days before the trip departure date, you will be entitled to either:
- apply your full payment amount toward a future LWS trip within 18 months of your original trip start-date, or
- a full refund minus your share of LWS's unrecoverable trip expenses.
