Refund Policy

If Living Waters Spanish cancels a trip, you are entitled to a full refund of the trip price, minus $75.

If you cancel a trip:

• at least two months before your trip departure date, your payment can be applied to a different Living Waters Spanish trip taking place within 18 months of the trip for which you canceled.
• less than two months before your trip departure date, 50% of the full trip price can be applied to a future Living Waters Spanish trip taking place within 18 months of the trip for which you canceled.  50% is non-refundable. If a team member drops out just before a trip begins, there isn't time to find and train a new team member, and one less person will therefore be serving on the trip. 

Refunds and COVID:
LWS does not require a COVID vaccine for its trips. If you choose not to be vaccinated for COVID and the US or Mexican government requires a COVID vaccine for ground border crossings:

• over 30 days before the trip departure date, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus $75 per applicant.
• less than 30 days before the trip departure date, you will be entitled to either:
  • apply your full payment amount toward a future LWS trip within 18 months from your original trip start-date, or
  • a full refund minus your share of LWS's unrecoverable trip expenses.
