Complete the following steps. Final acceptance on a trip is partially based on completing the application and payments in a timely manner. If more people apply than can go, those who apply and make the payments earliest will have first priority.
Step 1: Complete the Preliminary Application Formif you are committed to attending allrequired meetings, including the Team Building Day. (Those who live more than 1 hour from Canby, Oregon may attend regular meetings online. Those living more than 5 hours from Canby may also attend the Team Building meeting online.)
Step 2: If you are new to LWS mission trips, attend the Informational Meeting for your trip. Everyone: Attend regular meetings.
Step 3: Deposit due December 8.
Step 4: Final Application Form, and payment due.
Step 5: Read the Handbook and start your Journal.

A) Turn in the Final Application form, below, in pdf or Word format:
If you cancel a trip at least one week before your trip departure, your payment can be applied to a different Living Waters Spanish trip taking place within one year of the trip for which you cancelled.
If Living Waters Spanish cancels a trip, you are entitled to a full refund of the trip price, minus a 3% processing fee.
