Electronic Devices On Trip
Electronics' usage is discouraged on LWS trips, so as to promote the best possible personal interactions between team members and those we go to serve. We live in an internet and cell phone saturated world, and one of the benefits of being on a mission trip is the opportunity to put the electronics away for a week. Trip participants are invariably blessed and impressed by how well the week goes when we all put the phones away as much as possible on these trips. Hence:

- Computers, tablets and earbuds are not permitted on trips.
- Cell phones are permitted, but may not be used for internet or games. They may be used for taking pictures and essential communications, such as a quick phone call or text the day of arrival to let parents know you are safe.
